At Luxiri Ltd, we are committed to delivering your furniture in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Please review our delivery services and guidelines below.

 

  1. Delivery Options

 

We offer two types of delivery services based on the size and weight of your order:

 

  1. Large Item Delivery (1-Man or 2-Man Delivery Service)

 

For larger furniture items, such as sofas, wardrobes, dining tables, etc., we provide two options:

 

  • 1-Man Delivery Service: Our courier will deliver the item to your door or a ground-floor room.
  • 2-Man Delivery Service: For bulky or heavy items, a team of two delivery professionals will bring your furniture into your home, ensuring safe and efficient handling. This service also includes basic assembly (if applicable) in the room of your choice.

 

Please note that the delivery team will only deliver the item to the ground floor unless otherwise specified.

 

  1. Small to Medium Item Delivery (DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, Yodel, etc.)

 

For smaller items, such as accessories, small furniture, and home decor, we partner with trusted courier services like:

  • DPD
  • Royal Mail
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • Yodel

These services generally deliver directly to your address, and you will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes

 

  • Large Items: Delivery for large items may take between 7-14 business days. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery date and provided with an estimated delivery window.
  • Small to Medium Items: Delivery for smaller items typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

  1. Delivery Charges

 

  • Large Items: Delivery charges for large items depend on the size, weight, and destination of the item. The cost will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  • Small to Medium Items: Delivery charges for smaller items are calculated based on the courier and package size, and will be displayed at checkout.

 

Additional Postcode Charges

 

Please be aware that some areas may incur additional charges due to their location, as the cost to deliver to these postcodes is higher. These charges vary depending on the location and are based on the fees charged to us by the carriers.

The following postcodes may incur additional delivery surcharges:

  • AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TD, TR, TQ
  • BT (all postcodes)
  • HS (all postcodes)
  • IM (all postcodes)
  • IV (all postcodes)
  • KA27, KA28
  • KW (all postcodes)
  • PA20-78
  • PH17-50
  • ZE (all postcodes)

 

These surcharges will be calculated based on your delivery address and will be applied at checkout if applicable.

 

  1. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to allow you to monitor its progress. For large item deliveries, we will confirm the scheduled delivery time via email or SMS.

 

  1. Pre-Delivery Call

 

Our team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the date and time window. This ensures that you are prepared to receive your order.

 

  1. Special Handling Instructions

 

For fragile or delicate furniture, we take extra care to ensure safe handling and delivery. If you have specific delivery or handling instructions, please include them when placing your order, and we will ensure your items are carefully handled.

 

  1. Assembly Services

 

If you have selected assembly for your items, our team will assemble the furniture in the room of your choice. Please ensure the space is cleared and ready for assembly.

 

  1. Environmental Considerations

 

We are committed to sustainability in our operations. Our packaging materials are recyclable, and we aim to use eco-friendly delivery vehicles whenever possible.

 

  1. Damaged Items & Returns

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, subject to the evidence submitted of the damage. 

 

  1. Failed Deliveries

 

If you miss your delivery or are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the items may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply.

 

  1. Delivery Instructions

 

To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure that there is clear access to your property, particularly for large items. If you have specific delivery preferences or need assistance with certain items, feel free to include special instructions when placing your order.
